DailyCross: a free, easy crossword every day
DailyCross is a mini crossword with clues written in plain, everyday language. A new puzzle unlocks every day at
midnight, and each one takes a few minutes. It is free, needs no sign-up, and works on phones, tablets and
computers, even offline once installed.
How to play
- Pick a clue. Tap a square or a clue. Tap the same square again to switch between Across and Down.
- Type the answer. Letters fill in crossing words too. A word turns green when it is right and red when it is wrong.
- Use a hint if you are stuck. Check a word, reveal a letter or reveal the whole word with hint points.
- Keep your streak. Solve the daily puzzle on consecutive days to build a streak and earn bonus hint points.
